We want you to be happy quilters, and happy readers! While digital goods aren’t returnable, we understand situations may arise. Please email us within 30 days of your payment if you encounter issues and we’ll do our best to help. Refunds (minus a $2.50 processing fee) may be issued where extenuating circumstances have prevented proper use. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unintended purchases. Once a purchase has been accessed – including downloading any issues – it is considered used and non-refundable.

Make Modern is a digital magazine, so there are no shipping fees. Once your payment is processed, your issue or All-Access Pass will be delivered to your inbox. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it, and email us if there are any problems.
