Hey there fellow quilters!
It’s Spring in South Australia, my favourite time of the year! And like last year, I’m finding that my love for gardening is out-competing my yearning to sew at the moment. Being outside in the warming sun with the bees buzzing busily around me is the perfect tonic after those long, cold winter days … but as the weather warms up, once my annuals are in (mainly tomatoes and zinnias), and the winter weeds are dealt with, the call of my sewing machine will again, be too hard to resist! Until then, you’ll find me at the bottom of the garden hanging out with my friends 🐝
That said, with only nine weekends until Christmas, and with many of our readers on the other side of the world (hello up there!), you might be starting to think about holiday projects!
